Terms and Conditions

As a Contestant I agree to the following Terms and Conditions (`Star Sensations LTD’ is referred to as `The Company` and all the Auditions / Live Shows as `The Competition`)

  1. The Competition is organised and promoted by The Company.
  2. I hereby consent to the recording and use of my contribution for The Company`s use.
  3. I agree to make myself available at such times and in such locations as The Company may reasonably require in respect of the competition.
  4. I acknowledge that The Company will have no liability to me if I am unable to attend or take part in the competition.
  5. No filming, recording or photography will be permitted at any of the event nights for any commercial use without the prior consent of The Company.
  6. All Music supplied shall not infringe the rights of any third party nor any common law or statutory rights in any material.
  7. Contestants are required to sound check before their performance in any live show within an allotted time. Any person arriving late may not be permitted to perform in the show.
  8. All contestants will sound check the actual song / performance that will be performed in the live show.
  9. The Judges decision will be final.
  10. Any Contestant or their Supporters must not try to influence any decision made by the Judges in any way. Any such act could result in complete disqualification of the aforementioned Contestant.
  11. The winning prize is a Cash Prize and/ or that of equivalent value.
  12. If you are under 18 years old you must inform your parent or legal guardian of your entry into the competition, and if under 16 have them attend to all events.
  13. You must be resident in the UK, proof will be required.
  14. All personal details and/or information given in your application either through this website or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. If this is not the case The Company reserves the right to disqualify the Contestant.
  15. By submitting your details you are agreeing that from time to time our sponsors or associated companies may contact you with information regarding relevant services we feel may be of interest to you.
  16. We cannot accept entries for any person currently signed to any Record Label.
  17. The Company has the right to disqualify any contestant if they or their supporters are deemed to be acting outside the spirit of the competition and/ or in a way that can cause distress to others.
  18. The Company will not tolerate any abuse (of either a verbal, violent, sexual or any other nature) directed towards any person(s) involved in the running of the Competition. The Company reserves the right to remove anybody from the Venues, and disqualify any Contestant if necessary, that indulges in such a manner.
  19. I agree to be photographed for any & all promotional material, now and in the future.
  20. Registration fees are non refundable.
