Chrissyferkin was discovered by accident in 1994 when he went to a local Karaoke night, where he was offered an opportunity to be trained in a new career as a Karaoke Presenter.

Starting off with pubs in the local area he was very quickly noticed and soon found himself working in large clubs not only on the South Coast but also in London & surrounding areas. Most of these bookings were regular & long term lasting 10 years or more.

Since then he has presented and produced several Shows & Talent Competitions including all of the Heats, Branch and Regional Finals, since 2001, of the well known National Yates Fame Finder /Wannabe Talent Competition, which also involved all of the sound and lighting! Indeed his compere skills are that natural that he impressed the Operations Director of the then Yates PLC in 2004 who was quoted saying “he is the best Presenter we have working for this company!”

More recently, Chrissyferkin can be found in several DJ residencies across the South Coast, on the stage hosting a variety of shows and the main host of Star Sensations.

He is also an accomplished Radio Presenter, having had experience over the years on several local radio stations, always with his own prime time weekday show! His shows on local radio always included direct real time interaction with the local listeners, and more recently could be found on Facebook at the same time as presenting on the airwaves!

Chrissyferkin`s ability to work `off the cuff`, `read` & interact with any crowd, combined with his excellent Technical Sound & Lighting skills, make him an asset to any competition, show or indeed any form of event. After all, he has been described on many occasions as `being the best in the business!`
