Dee started singing at the tender age of 3, and subsequently appeared in first lead role at 7. This led to her joining her first band at 17, and was discovered by showbiz mogul Louis Walsh, who at the time was in his mid 20′s and still unknown!

Dee honed her skills and served her apprenticeship over the next 5 years travelling the length and breadth of the country (Ireland) during the disciplined Showband era. After a period of working with rock bands Dee moved to the UK and settled in Poole to raise her family. Returning to the music industry was inevitable as was her desire to break into every area of entertainment. This has led to Dee running a very successful Music competition in several venues across Dorset and Hampshire whilst continuing with her solo career, working virtually every hotel, and holiday camp along the south coast and up as far as the midlands.

As part of her arsenal of talents, Dee also has her own Abba Tribute act- Supa Trupa, sings with three duos and enjoys nothing more than checking out the new up and coming talent. Star Sensations will no doubt provide Dee with weeks of enjoyment judging the emerging talent this year.
