The competition is organised and promoted by Starsensations.
I hereby consent to the recording and use of my contribution for Starsensations usage.
I agree to make myself available at such times and in such locations as Starsensations may reasonably require in respect of the competition.
I acknowledge that Starsensations will have no liability to me if I am unable to attend or take part in the competition.
No filming, recording or photography will be permitted at any of the event nights for any commercial use.
All Music Supplied shall not infringe the rights of any third party nor any common law or statutory rights in any material.
The Judges decision will be final.
If you are under 18 years old you must inform your parent or legal guardian of your entry into the competition, and if under 16 have them attend to all events.
You must be resident in the UK proof will be required.
All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
By submitting your details you are agreeing that from time to time our sponsors or associated companies may contact you with information regarding relevant services we feel may be of interest to you.
Starsensations has the right to disqualify any contestant if they are deemed to be acting outside the spirit of the competition and/or in an unprofessional manner.
I agree to be photographed for all promotional material, now and in the future.
Registration fees are non returnable.
No Animals or Pyrotechnics Permitted in the competition due to health & safety Regulations.
The prize can be subject to change.
